For years, the Delaware Community has come together to commemorate the valiant sacrifices of our veterans through the Delaware Veterans Parade. We are the largest Veterans Parade in Central Ohio. This annual event serves as a vivid testament to the unwavering spirit of our community, reminding us all of the brave souls who have selflessly served our country. Each parade carries a theme, a story, and a message – aiming to bridge the gap between generations and educate our younger community members about the significance of our veterans' contributions.
We aim to rectify that, especially for the servicemen from Delaware County who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Through this parade, we strive to give these heroes the welcome they always deserved. With the participation of their families, the vibrant performances of our local bands, and the presence of distinguished guests, we're creating a tapestry of memories, respect, and enduring gratitude.

From our spirited marching bands like Delaware Hayes, Buckeye Valley, and Delaware Christian, to the heartfelt participation of families of the fallen, and the presence of esteemed guests like Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, it’s a collective effort. Our parade is a canvas of gratitude, painted with the hopes, memories, and respect of every single participant and spectator.
